Extra Virgin
As with wine, the terroir has a big influence on the production of olive oil. Our hundred-year-old olive trees are planted in our vineyards, located at an altitude of more than 1000m, where the broad range of daytime and nighttime temperatures enhances the finesse and quality of the olives.
The olives are selected manually and processed traditionally: grinding and cold pressing. The oil is dense and full-bodied, with an intense fresh fruit flavor. Other features such as bitterness and piquancy also stand out. It has a clean and very sweet-smelling aroma. 100% Extra Virgin.
